PAYMENT POLICY

Payment Flow and Delivery Policy

All 'done for you' services will be delivered online or by e-mail with Skype, phone or face-face meetings to discuss the work required.

All 'done with you' coaching services will be delivered by Skype, phone, email or face-face based on your location.

Within 7 days of payment being received, we will schedule our first meeting to commence delivery of the 'done for you' or 'done with you' services. 

Refund / Cancellation Policy 

All orders and sales are considered final 7 days after payment is received. 

You have the right to cancel within 7 days of payment.

If you wish to cancel and receive a refund in that time period, please email sarahcoxsmallbizgrowth@gmail.com 

If you do cancel your order, your payment will be returned.
